Your first appointment

When you first come to the clinic, the chiropractor will take a detailed case history with questions about your general health and lifestyle.

Various orthopaedic and neurological tests may be conducted to help the chiropractor reach a diagnosis of your condition.

The chiropractor will then explain his findings and give his recommendations for treatment. If the patient consents, the chiropractor will normally proceed directly to the first treatment. (This treatment is included in the fee for the first visit.)

The treatment will conclude with advice on self-care and exercise.

Please allow 60 minutes for your first visit; subsequent visits will take around 25 minutes.
